N. R. Parasuraman is Dean (Academics) and Professor of Finance at SDM Institute for Management Development, Mysore. He is also an Adjunct Faculty of Finance at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He has an experience of over twenty-six years in diverse areas of Finance - both academic and corporate. His diverse corporate experience includes being Company Secretary of Federal Bank Ltd., and Vice President (Finance) in charge of Securities Analysis for Joindre Capital Services Ltd. He has been researching and teaching in areas of Strategic Finance, Financial Derivatives, Cost Management, Portfolio Management and International Finance. Parasuraman is an LLB, FCS, FICWA and Ph. D. He has published around 20 research-based papers in leading journals on various topics in finance.

Mandy van der Velde is currently Associate Professor of Human Resources Management at Utrecht School of Governance, Utrecht University, The Netherlands. Paul Jansen is Professor of Industrial Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Neil Anderson is Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology, University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Jack Meredith is currently Professor of Management & Broyhill Distinguished Scholar & Chair in Operations at the Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University. Dr. Meredith's research has focused on the strategic and operational problems that managers face, particularly those concerning the management of advanced technology. He received his BS and BSME at Oregon State University and his MBA and PhD at the University of California at Berkeley. Dr. Meredith has written eight books on operations management, project management and management science, including Project Management and Operations Management for MBAs. He serves as outgoing editor in chief of the Journal of Operations Management. He received the school's inaugural Cowan Research Prize in 2002, the Academy of Management's 2003 Distinguished OM Scholar Award, and was inducted into the Oregon State University Engineering Hall of Fame in 2004.

Dr. Robin S. Russell is a professor of Business Information Technology at Virginia Tech. She has published extensively in several journals and has authored one other text. Dr. Russel is a member of DSI, ASQ, POMS, and IIE. She has received numerous awards including the Pamplin College of Business Certificate of Teaching Excellence, University Certificate of Teaching Excellence, and the MBA Association's Outstanding Professor Award. Her research interests include areas of production and operations management, service operations management, scheduling and quality.

James L. Riggs is professor of industrial engineering and head of the Department of industrial and general engineering at Oregon State University. He received a B.S. degree in forest engineering, an M.S. in mechanical engineering and a Ph.D in industrial and mechanical engineering, all from Oregon State.
