Fernando Trias de Bes co-founded and directs the marketing consulting firm Salvetti & Llombart, whose clients include Microsoft, Pepsi, Sony, Bayer, Hewlett-Packard, Credit-Suisse, Dannon, Paramount, Chrysler, Morgan Stanley, Universal, and Oxfam. He is co-author (with Philip Kotler) of Lateral Marketing.
Alex Rovira heads Salvetti & Llombart's qualitative division. He has co-authored (with Bernard Dubois) the Spanish language edition of Understanding the Consumer, and his new book The Inner Compass will be published by Spanish publishing house Urano in Spring 2004 (Urano publishes Spanish editions of Who Moved My Cheese, Fish!, and books by Kenneth Blanchard).
