He has also been a frequent speaker at architecture / technology events and an invited member of Forbes Technology Council.
Shankar achieved premium certifications including Microsoft Certified Architect and AWS Certified Solution Architect (Professional). Shankar was recognized as CSC Distinguished Architect in April 2015 (one of the 10 architects globally) and subsequently, as DXC Distinguished Architect in April 2018 (one the 4 architects globally. He was the Global winner of Architecture Excellence Award for the year 2017 in the category “SOA Vision for Enterprise Services”, an industry award instituted by iCMG Consulting. He also was presented the Global Chief Architect award.
