Dr. Shivanand S. Gornale is working as Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, Karnataka. He has published more than 70 research papers in various national and international Journals and conferences. He is a Fellow of IETE New Delhi, Life Member of CSI, Life Member of Indian Unit of Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence (IPRA), Member of Indian Association for Research in Computer Science (IARCS), Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai, Member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACS&IT) Singapore, Member of International Association for Engineers’.

Dr. M. Basavanna is working as Assistant Professor, and coordinator of the Postgraduate Department of Computer Science, Government College (Autonomous), Mandya, Karnataka, India. He has published more than 15 research papers in various national and international Journals and conferences. He is a Life Member of CSI, and Life Member of Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata, India. He is a Chairman of BOS, BOE and Departmental Council and Academic Council. His research interests include digital image processing, pattern recognition and scene text analysis.
